Imphal, November 17 2008: THE ALL Manipur Football Association (AMFA), Mapal Kangjeibung, has invited applications from interested persons for two awards designed to honour the works and achievements of sportspersons and coaches in the field of football.

An AMFA notification in this regard sais that the award for 'Coach of the year' and 'Footballer of the year for Men and Women' will be given on the closing ceremony of 52nd Sir Churachand Singh KCSI, CBE Memorial Football Tournament 2008 .

All interested coaches and players may submit their bio-data at AMFA office by December 5, the notification said, and added that the bio-data should include detailed activities from December 2007 to November 2008 including 51st CC meet 2007 .
