Judo : JCRE Global College, Mayai Lambi College emerge champions

Imphal, November 15 2024: JCRE Global College has emerged team champion of Naorem Rajendra Singh Memorial (Men) Manipur University Inter-College Judo Tournament 2024-25, and Mayai Lambi College has bagged the title of B Naorem Ongbi Tampakleirna Devi Memorial (Women) Judo.

JCRE Global College, Babupara won 2 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze to emerge as the men's champion.

Placed second, Pravabati College, Mayang Imphal won 1 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze.

In the women's MU Inter College Judo tournament, Mayai Lambi College, Yumnam Huidrom won 2 gold and 2 silver to clinch the team title.

Securing second place, Pravabati College, Mayang Imphal won 2 gold.

The championships were organised by the JCRE Global College, Babupara under the aegis of Manipur University Sports Committee.

Ten colleges affiliated to Manipur University participated in the championships.
