HKKSA, Yairipok FC have it easy in Thoubal Super Division Football League

Imphal, June 14 2024: HKKSA, Haokha Kiyam and Yairipok FC secured comfortable victories in today's matches of the L Memcha Devi Memorial Super Division Football League 2024 being organised by the District Football Association, Thoubal at Kodompokpi Sports Compex.

In the 15th match of the tournament, Yairipok FC ended their three-game winless run by thrashing SYDA, Athokpam by 4-0 goals.

Yairipok FC despite dominating the game from the word goal entered into the break with slender 1-0 lead courtesy of Athokpam Rajesh but shifted gears in the second half to pump in three more goals and complete the 4-0 rout of SYDA.

Y Bangka made it 2-0 after 57 minutes before N Bikram extended the lead to 3-0 the very next minute.

K Bobosana then rounded off the scoring in the 77th minute of the match.

Later in the day, HKKSA, also snapped their three-game winless run with a 2-0 win over YDC, Khoirom.

Langam Ksh opened the scoring for the winners in the 22nd minute of the match before L Prabin hit the decisive goal in the 70th minute.

YDC will play ASSA in the next match on June 16 from 1.30 pm before PATHAP FC take on WYFC later in the day from 3.30 pm .
