Fitness athlete Leimapokpam Abhisek felicitated by SSDC

Thoubal, December 26 2024: Leimapokpam Abhisek Singh, who secured third place (men's sports physique) at the recently concluded 1st Physique Sport Championship 2024, was honoured by the Super Social Development Club (SSDC), Thoubal Maya Leirak, during a ceremony held at the club's community hall on Thursday.

Abhisek received a warm reception upon his arrival at Imphal Airport, ahead of the felicitation event.

The programme was attended by SSDC secretary W Akash, president Ak Swamijit, and local residents.

A resident of Thoubal Maya Leirak, L Abhisek is the son of L Basanta and Parbati and trains at Muscle Factory Gym, Keisampat.

During the event, his coach, Maradona, also delivered remarks, commending Abhisek's dedication.

Manipur secured two medals during the competition.
