CHPC off to flying start in State Polo Tournament opener

Imphal, December 26 2024: CHPC made a resounding start to their campaign with a 12-0 hammering of KDPA-A in the opening match of the 1st State Level Men's Open Polo Tournament 2024, organised by Kakching District Polo Association.

CHPC jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first period courtesy of a double from T Leishemba and a goal from O Rozer.

In the second period, they scored two more goals through A Basanta and Leishemba (his third) .

The CHPC riders continued their scoring spree in the third period, with a double from K Jogendar and a single from Th Santosh, before they added three goals in fourth period to close out the game in style.

Basanta, Rozer and Santosh each scored in the last period.
