MPA-B register comeback win in Panthoibi football tourney

Imphal, January 11 2025: MPA-B staged a comeback from a deficit to beat Imoinu FC 3-1, while AIFA were awarded a walkover in the 2nd Ima Panthoibi Open Football Tournament 2025 at Thounaojam playground, Kakching district.

Boyai gave Imoinu FC a 1-0 lead in the 18th minute, but Y Barun drew level for MPA-B in the 30th minute.

Shumesh then struck twice in the 54th and 60+2nd minutes, guiding his team to victory.

Meanwhile, AIFA received a walkover after PERDO failed to failed to appear on time for their scheduled match.
