Imphal, January 11 2025: All Manipur Powerlifting Association will conduct a trial selection on January 15, 2025 at Sega Road, Takhellambam Leikai, in preparation for the SBD National Open Classic Powerlifting Championship, scheduled to be held from February 19, 2025 in Phagwara, Punjab.

Powerlifters interested in participating in the trial must present an age proof certificate during the weigh-in, scheduled for 9 am .

The competition will begin at 11 am.

Participants are required to bring proper kits, informed the association in a press note on Saturday.
