Imphal, September 06: YPhU, Lalambung crushed SICO, Lourembam Leikai 6-1 while NYC, Namthalong blanked SAI RC, Takyel 2-0 in today's matches of the 15th L Sangita Devi Memorial Division I Football League Tournament at Langjing Achouba ground.

K Suraj (18th, 49th, 60th) led the YPhU onslaught scoring three of the goals with one each from K Manikanta (33rd), Thangbieklien (65th) and LK Jonah (66th) rounding off the demolition of SICO for whom Y Jacky scored the consolation goal.

In NYC's triumph over SAI RC, Alobung (46th, 78th) scored both the goals.

In the MK Ghanendrajit Memorial Super Division Football League Tournament being played at Khabeisoi ground, Citizens' Club, Soibam Leikai held YOSC, Khurai to a 2-2 draw today with Shobha (6th) and Laltinmang Ngailul (73rd) scoring for the Khurai side while Citizens' Club rallied through Chingnangkhomba (42nd) and Leibakchao (82nd).At the same venue where the M Ibobi (IE) Division I Football League Tournament is being played, YDC, Awang Potsangbam and UPAA, Kyamgei were locked in a 1-1 draw.

N Sanatomba's 65th minute goal cancelled K Newton's goal scored at the half hour mark.

Bishnupur: An injury time goal by L Anand helped BFA, Nachou hold GDC, Phubala to 1-1 draw in the 2nd Super Division L Dhaken Memorial Football League Tournament at Bishnupur Mini Stadium today.

GDC took the lead through S Khoiba 20 minutes into the game.

Thoubal: SSDC, Wangjing and YDA, Tentha settled for a 2-2 draw in the Thoubal District Division I Football League Tournament at Wangjing ground today with the match between CITYC, Heirok and SILO, Lamding also ending in 1-1 draw.

O Jimson (20th) and T Bikramjit (26th) scored for the Wangjing side while M Sanjoy (16th) and Th Krishna (42nd) struck for the opponents.

In the other drawn match, Lalit found the back of the SILO net six minutes into the match as Bisheshor responded with a 53rd minute score.
