Imphal, April 06: As a part of the civic action programme, 8 Bn CRPF dedicated three cemented water tanks of 13125 litres each to the villagers of Lower Komkeirap, Bongmol and Buongphazol in three separate functions between April 4 and 6 .

Speaking on the occasion, 8 Bn CRPF commandant Jayant Paul emphasised the importance of such programmes for helping people in needy areas, while informing the gathering that such works would continue in other areas as well in future.

People of the area lauded the noble gesture of the CRPF.
