PHED clarifies on connection, tariff

Imphal, January 07 2025: Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) has informed the public that it is solely responsible for providing household connections, collection of water tariff, etc., in areas falling under Water Supply Maintenance Division No II.

In a release, PHED Water Supply Maintenance Div-II said that no other individuals should be involved in such office matters other than the officials concerned, and cautioned that violation of the guidelines will invite actions as per admissible rule.
