TU to introduce Manipuri language, dance

Kakching, July 19 2023: Tripura University vice chancellor professor Ganga Prasad Prosain told a delegation of Manipuri Sahitya Parishad (MSP), Tripura on Tuesday that Manipuri language will be intro duced as certificate course from the academic session 2023, while Manipuri dance in the MMus course will also be introduced after approval from the UGC.

The delegation led by MSP general secretary Thoudam Nilkumar Singha also comprised Langonjam Birmangal, AGS Konsam Atul Kumar Singha and Wangkhem Birmangal.
