Imphal, August 19: IMPHAL, Aug 19: 20 Assam Rifles launched a campaign to educate children on HIV/AIDS on August 16 at Chandel.

Nearly 350 children between the age group of 14 to 20 voluntarily tested themselves.

20 AR Commandant inaugurated the campaign in the presence of Chief Medical Officer, Chandel.

While speaking on the occasion, the Commandant exhorted the children to come forward and secure the future not only for themselves but also spread message of precaution against HIV/AIDS, said a press release of PRO Hqs IGAR (S).
