Kakching, November 15 2024: Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Chandel organised a Children's Day celebration, along with an awareness programme and a 'Rachana' writing competition, at JNV Chandel on Friday.

The event was attended by DFO Dr N Munal Meitei and JNV principal Amarson Sankhil as members on the dais.

Around 1500 Students participated in the event, with 148 students of class IX and X taking part in spot Rachana writing competition under the theme "Children and Mother Nature" .
