Kangpokpi, January 27 2024: The Keihao Village Authority urged all communities concerned to refrain from any gunfights in their territory to avoid any untoward incident and misunderstanding in future.

The Headman of Keihao Village Authority in a press release said that the Tangkhul Naga community has remained as a neutral community ever since the outbreak of the communal violence in the State and maintained that such incidents of gunfight will not be tolerated in future.

The appeal was made in view of the finding of automatic rifles empty cases inside the territory of Keihao Tangkhul Village during a drive conducted on January 22 last.
