Imphal, May 31 2025: Ningombam Pheiraba Award-2025, presented every year by Sahitya Thoupang Lup (SATHOULUP) in connection with World Environment Day, will be awarded to noted environmentalist Dr Khangembam Shamungou this year.

In a release, SATHOULUP secretary Mayanglambam Uttamkumar informed that the award which carries a cash prize of Rs 10,000, citation and shawl will be presented to Dr Kh Shamungou at World Environment Day 2025 observance to be held at Manipur Press Club on June 5 .
