'Shajibu' gifts presented to senior citizens

Imphal, April 13 2025: 'Kaongamdraba 1999' (a group of ex-students of 1st MR High School 1999 Batch) organised 'Shajibu' gift presentation programme at the Senior Citizens' Home, Kongba, a facility exclusively for elderly women, on Saturday.

In a release, Kaongamdraba 1999 convener N Sunita Devi informed that members of the group presented clothes and edibles to the women residents of the Home.

Speaking on the occasion, Kaongamdraba 1999 member Rustam shared that the gifts were presented in connection with 'Shajibu Cheiraoba' with funds pooled by its members.
