Imphal, July 12 2025: Colonel IS Chanam, a veteran of India-China War 1962, India Pakistan Wars 1965 and 1971, donated copies of his book "China in Pakistan Occupied Kashmar" to the State Central Library, Imphal on Saturday.

The books were received by Dr Rajkumari Urmila Devi, Chief Librarian on behalf of the State Central Library, Imphal.

Notably, "China in Pakistan Occupied Kashmar" is listed on Amazon, Flipkart and Shashwat Pubheation.

The book unfolds the sequence of events that led to severance of a part of Jammu & Kashmir and its falling into the hands of Pakistan, with tacit assistance of the British.
