Protest staged against transfer of Jiribam OC

Jiribam, November 15 2024: Meira paibis staged a sit-in protest in front of Jiribam police station this afternoon against the transfer of Jiribam OC Sagabam Ibotombi Singh.

As per the transfer order issued by DGP Rajiv Singh yesterday, the Jiribam OC has been ordered to serve as Inspector at MPTC, Pangei.

Calling for Sagabam Ibotombi Singh to remain as Jiribam OC, a protestor reasoned that the OC works diligently and in cooperation with the people of Jiribam.
