Ukhrul, September 27 2025: Zingtun Tangkhul Katamnao Long (ZTKL) has condemned the attempted kidnapping of two minor girls by an Assam Rifles jawan near Bethany Hospital, Khampason, Ukhrul on September 24 .

In a press release, ZTKL has demanded immediate investigation to ensure appropriate action against the accused Madan Singh.

It has also demanded accountability and adherence to the law from the Assam Rifles, stating that public trust will gravely suffer otherwise.
