Imphal, November 16 2024: Central Agricultural University (CAU), Imphal vice-chancellor Dr Anupam Mishra Saturday called on Union communication and DONER minister Jyotiraitya M Scindia and apprised the later on various projects of CAU relating to livelihood improvement of border area villages, Krishi Vigyaan Sanchaar Platform (KVSP) through CDS, KMS, AI/ML based agricultural assistance and related technologies.

The VC also invited the minister to be the chief guest in a national symposium on "Threads of Heritage: Exploring Traditional Textiles and Natural Fibres" to be held in January 2025 .
