Imphal, May 06 2026: The Manipur State Power Company Limited has informed the public that there will be a planned shutdown for two 33kV lines on May 8 for jungle clearance and maintenance, disrupting supply in parts of Imphal East.

The 33kV Khuman Lampak-Mantripukhri line will be shut from 9 am to 11 am .

The 33kV Mantripukhri-Nilakuthi line will be shut from 1 pm to 4 pm .

MSPCL said supply to the 33kV Ibudhou Marjing Sub-Station will be affected during the shutdown.
