VDF body aids deceased member's family

Kakching, November 15 2024: Thoubal District VDF Welfare Association extended financial assistance of Rs 2.5 lakh to the family of late VDF member Lukram Neghachandra Singh of Thoubal Ningombam, on Friday.

According to a statement, the assistance drawn from the VDF relief fund, was handed over to Neghachandra' wife Abe Devi by members of the Welfare Association in the presence of Thoubal Senior SP Rakesh Balwal, CDO OC K Nitaranjan Singh, RO to senior SP Shankardas Mangang and sub-inspector Shamu.
