Imphal, June 07:
Accusing H Poirei alias Dwijamani and Ksh Laba for the various ills afflicting the outfit, the proscribed KCP asserted that blame game and allegations and counter allegations cannot establish the truth.
A statement issued by KCP's chief project officer Major M Nongthang said that the truths and facts of the outfit cannot be decided either by Ksh Laba or the group led by 'general secretary'.
Disclosing that H Poirei alias Dwijamani hailed from Oinam village, Bishnupur district was married to one aunt belonging to Ksh Laba's clan, Nongthang accused general secretary Poirei of steadfastly rejecting the proposal to change the president of the outfit.
Since the expiry of KK Mangang alias Leibakmacha, Ksh Laba with little educational background started acting in erratic and whimsical manner.
Even as there were repeated proposals to change the party's president by a more educated comrade, Poirei rejected all of them.
After sometime, Poirei and Ksh Laba built up a clandestine understanding and started floating vile propaganda against other comrades, alleged Major Nongthang.
The state of emergency declared within the KCP organisation was also done at the behest of Poirei.
Noting that the KCP was probably the first outfit to declare emergency within its set-up in the revolutionary history, Nongthang asked Poirei as to under what condition and under which party's condition the state of emergency was declared.
In different political systems being followed in different parts of the world there are only three conditions to declare emergencyfirst, when war breaks out, second when there is national bankruptcy and third, when there is serious crisis within the party.
But none of these conditions existed at the time when emergency was declared within KCP, Nongthang recalled.
