Imphal, September 17 2024: Assam Rifles will organise special rally on September 21 from 8:30 am at Kakching Garrison and invited ex-servicemen, Veer Naris and dependents for attend the same.

According to PRO IGAR (S), the rally themed "Pride in Service: Remembering, Reflecting, and Rekindling," aims to unite veterans for camaraderie, reflection, and celebration, honouring their invaluable contributions to the nation.

The event will feature a mix of activities aimed at strengthening friendship and appreciation including informative talks by various agencies, cultural performances, and plenty of opportunities for veterans to meet and network.

Senior dignitaries from the military, Assam Rifles, and civil administration will also be part of the celebration to honour our ex-servicemen.

Additionally, veterans can benefit from Assam Rifles-specific kiosks, as well as civil kiosks offering services related to banking, social welfare, agriculture, horticulture, and private security services to address any of their needs, said the PRO in a release.
