Tengnoupal school listed for Best PM SHRI School scheme

Kakching, July 29 2025: As part of the Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Samagam 2025 held in New Delhi on Tuesday to commemorate five years of launch of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Awasiya Vidyalaya (NSCBAV), Heinoukhong has been selected for the Best PM Shri School scheme under Tengnoupal district.

The schools selected for the Best PM SHRI School scheme were virtually dedicated to the nation by Union minister of education Dharmendra Pradhan in the presence of Union minister of state for education Dr Sukanta Majumdar and minister of state (independent charge) Jayant Chaudhary.

The unveiling of plaque for selection under the scheme held at the NSCBAV was attended by headmaster S Koshilning Dangsha Maring, staff, School Management Development Committee, village chairman, educationist, students and villagers.

Speaking pn the occasion, headmaster Koshilning expressed that selection of the school under the Best PM SHRI School scheme will facilitate the students in availing the best of education.
