NRFM celebrates 13th raising day

Imphal, January 07 2025: The armed National Revolutionary Front Manipur (NRFM) celebrated its 13th Raising Day on Tuesday.

According to a statement of NRFM, the main celebration at Front's central headquarters (CHQ) was attended by chairman Maliya Konthoujam as chief guest as general secretary Soraren Meitei presented a report on activities of the outfit carried out in the year 2024 .

The celebration at 324 unit of the Front was attended by organisation secretary Pibaren Meitei as chief guest, while defence secretary Ulen Meitei delivered the welcome address to commence the event marked by unfurling of outfit's flag, opening song by Manipur Army cadres, salute to fallen revolutionaries by observing two-minute silence and reading out the chairman's message delivered to the people on the occasion.

Similar celebrations were also held successfully at outfit's 325, 326 and 327 units organised by unit commanders.
