BSF WWA conducts educational tour for BSF wards

A group of 37 children of BSF personnel accompanied by 29 Bn BSF, Koirengei deputy commandant Manish Dewal visited the Likla Bakery at Koirengei on Sunday as part of an educational excursion, organised by the BSF Wives Welfare Association (BWWA) of 29 Bn BSF, SHQ CI (OPS) .
The tour aims to provide the children with a hands-on experience of the baking process and introduce them to the world of entrepreneurship, according to a statement issued by the deputy commandant, also informing that during the visit, the children were taken on an insightful tour of the bakery, where they learned about the various ingredients, equipment, and techniques used to create a wide range of delicious treats.
The bakery's experts shared their knowledge and demonstrated the art of bread making and pastry crafting, giving the students a taste of the art and science of baking.
This initiative by BWWA not only provided an educational experience but also inspired the young participants by showcasing the entrepreneurial spirit behind the bakery's success, the statement added.
