Governor flags off national integration tour

Imphal, January 08 2025: Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla, on Wednesday flagged off a National Integration Tour of college students and youth of Manipur organised by the Assam Rifles under its civic action programme.

A total of 20 youths including six girls will be embarking on a tour to Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam till January 16.The aim of the tour is to provide the youth a glimpse of India s rich culture and heritage, a release by PRO Raj Bhavan said.

It informed that the Governor extended his best wishes to the participants and emphasised the importance of young people exploring different parts of India to gain a broader perspective and a deeper understanding of the nation's diverse cultures and traditions.
