Imphal, January 11 2025: Two IAS probationers Anunay Anand and Arvind Hanglem paid a courtesy visit to Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla at the Raj Bhavan here on Saturday.

In a release, PRO Raj Bhavan informed that the Governor asked them to explore more effective and profitable ways for marketing the products made by internally displaced persons (IDPs) in various relief camps.

He also extended his best wishes to the IAS duo and encouraged them to prioritise the welfare of the people of the state, it added.

Meanwhile, special DG CRPF North East Zone Raja Srivastava, accompanied by two senior officers met with the Governor on Saturday.

The officers briefed the Governor on the deployment and operational activities of the CRPF in the region.

Similarly, representatives of the All Manipur Bar Association (AMBA) called on the Governor and apprised him of the various challenges and concerns arising from the current situation in the state.

The Governor assured them of extending all possible help, the release added.
