Bungcha was unable to communicate with his family members properly due to the restive situation, Jugindro added.
Continuing that they don't want the State forces at Moreh to experience what Bungcha had gone through, Jugindro urged the Government to make sure the personnel at Moreh get their supplies regularly.
The memorandum submitted to the Chief Minister urged the Government to make sure the security personnel get their supplies including medicines regularly, provide healthcare facilities whenever necessary, open Imphal-Moreh road and provide adequate compensation to the next of kin of Bungcha including a Government job among others, he said, cautioning that there will be massive agitation if the demands are not entertained.
