Nehginpao welcomed at KBC, Yangon; meets foreign diplomats

Yangon, February 16 2014:
Nehginpao Kipgen was given a warm reception at the Kuki Baptist Church (KBC) in Yangon on February 16, 2014 and he was presented a Thadou-Kuki traditional shawl.

In his mission to analyze the democratic transition in Myanmar, Kipgen has also met different political stakeholders, including Sarah E.Hutchison, Assistant Public Affairs Officer, of the U.S.Embassy in Rangoon on February 13, and Mark McDowell, Canadian Ambassador to Burma on February 15, 2014 .
Besides Yangon, Kipgen is scheduled to visit Mandalay and Nay Pyi Taw.
