Senapati, June 08 2025: Continuing with its second yeoman service, Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Senapati district branch distributed relief items to various colonies on Sunday.

Covering up to 350 affected households on Sunday, the branch distributed hygiene kits, tarpaulin and mosquito nets to the flood-affected people residing at Angkailongdi, Viewland Colony, River Colony, Yaopao Colony and Council Colony.

The distribution was led by branch chairman Benjamin Tao and colleagues along with senior functionaries and youth volunteers of the society.

Earlier, the branch had distributed the first found of relief materials to temporary shelter homes set up under the Senapati district administration.
