Career counselling centre of IDO opens

Lilong, June 29 2014:
Integrated Development Organization (IDO), Lilong has opened its Career Counselling Centre at a function held at Lilong Ipham yesterday with Agriculture & Fishery Minister Md.Abdul Nasir as chief guest.
The new Centre of IDO has the facilities of library, study centre, online resource, career guidelines, counselling through video conferencing, lecture sessions with guest speakers, etc.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof (Dr.) Md.Mustafa of Aligarh Muslim University stressed on the importance of e-reading facility, education of girls, computer knowledge, etc.
while Prof (Dr.) Mohd Nazir of King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, talked about the need for seeking of knowledge regarding Science & Technology and Knowledge Resource Centre (KRC) .
In his speech, Lt.Col.M Sahid Khan expressed his desire to stop all the social crimes and violent activities in Lilong area so as to enable the students to take opportunity of availing the facilities provided by the organization.
Sharing their thoughts, Janab Alhaj Roushan Ali (Retd.Cooperative officer), Sidiqur Rahaman (Asst Prof.), Md.Jalaluddin (Asst Prof.), M M Ahmed (Asst Prof.), and M.Nasir Ahmed (Inspector of post office) observed that IDO office is of multipurpose use and will benefit the student community to enhance their career in the fields of aviation, tourism, hotel & hospital management, and various other competitive examinations.
The centre can be accessed any time for all round development of a student.
Mufti-e-azam, Darool Uloom Markaz, Md Siraj Ahmed who presided over the function pointed out that every human being should try to be successful on this earth and IDO should continuously work for the welfare of the younger generation.
