Imphal, September 27 2025: The Traffic Control Police Wing, Manipur has issued a traffic advisory for State Level Irawat Day observance on September 30 at Irawat Square, Lilasing Khongnang Khong.

As per a release issued by the TCPW Manipur, one side of the road i.e.the southern side of the road meridian starting from Manipur Assembly Gate No 1 to Lilashing Khongnang Khong crossing and the eastern side of road meridian starting from Lilasing Khongang Khong to Watham Leirak crossing shall be closed.

Also, the northern and western side of the above-mentioned stretch of road will be used as "TWO WAY ROAD" from 11 am of September 28 till the end of the programme.

Moreover, the TCPW has informed that in connection with the 'Bor Puja Festival' at Hiyangthang Lairembi from September 29-30, 2025, all public/commercial vehicles coming from Mayang Imphal towards Imphal will be diverted from Chandranadi crossing towards Meitei Larnkai.

All vehicles coming from Imphal towards Hiyangthang will be diverted from Langthabal Thong Amanbi.

The traffic regulation and diversions will be enforced for all public/ commercial vehicles except vehicles of the VIP(s), Fire Service, Ambulance and other emergencies with effect from 6 pm of September 29 till the Puja is over.
