Imphal, May 25 2025: The blessing ceremony of Manipuri feature film "Nungshi Lairembi" ' produced by Chandrakanta Mangang under the banner of Young Film Production was held today at East Garden, Kongba.

The film, which marks the 16th production of the company, is directed by Thoiba Soibam, presented by Irengbam Nongyai, story by Pretty Irengbam and Barun Laishram on screenplay.

The blessing ceremony was graced by renowned film director Ojitbabu Ningthoujam and Samjetsabam Mangoljao, former chairman of Film Forum Manipur.

Notable artists starring in the film include Silheiba, Devita, Soma, Artina, Avi Khundrakpam, Jayvida, Geeta, ratan Mayanglambam, Modhubala, Puneshwori, Ratan Mukhai, Shyamchand, Panthoi Chanam, Helly, Yaisana and Manisha.
