TYCM welcomes online sponsorship system

Imphal, July 21 2026: The Tribal Youth Council Manipur (TYCM) has expressed appreciation to the Employment Exchange Department and the Government of Manipur for introducing an online system for sponsorship against notified vacancies.

In a notification dated July 20, the department announced that sponsorship and issuance of Employment Seeking Certificates will be done exclusively online through the E-Seba Manipur Portal (www.esebamanipur.mn.gov.in) from July 24, 2026 .

Services will be accessible only via new X-10 Cards, while old X-10 Cards will be invalidated.

TYCM said the move addresses difficulties faced by job seekers, especially in hill districts where inter-district travel remains 'disrupted.

The Council termed it a step toward greater accessibility and transparency.
