ABVP honours meritorious students, donates saplings

Bishnupur, July 12 2025: On the occasion of National Students' Day and the 77th Foundation Day of Akhil Bharatiya V idyarthi Parishad (ABVP), the ABVP Bishnupur district unit organized a grand program featuring a "Best Student Award Ceremony" and a plant donation drive at Bishnupur.

According to a press release, the event was graced by MLA Th Basanta Kumar Singh; Pooja Elangbam (IAS), Deputy Commissioner of Bishnupur and Kamlesh Singh, National Secretary of ABVP as the presidium members.

132 meritorious students from 43 schools of Bishnupur district were felicitated with the Best Student Award for securing the highest marks in Class XII examination.

The students were honored with certificates, mementos, and blessings from the dignitaries.

Additionally, a plant donation drive was also held wherein saplings were distributed to the awardee students and guests.
