All police stations and schools should be made green by planting trees, he added.
Dwelling on political development, he appreciated the formation of Congress Units at eight polling stations in Wangoo area, and asserted that the Congress Party would definitely retain power at the Centre with landslide victory in the coming Lok Sabha election.
Ranjit slammed the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) as a "paper tiger" which makes false claims to garner people's support for the coming Lok Sabha polls.
He further appreciated (late) Sagolsem Chaoba for his generosity of donating land for construction of the community hall, and added that MDS has sanctioned only Rs.13 lakhs for the community hall but the remaining amount of Rs.9 lakhs was utilized from the local area development fund.
