EMRS Chandel invites applications for Classes VI, VII

Chandel, July 21 2026: Eklayya Model Residential School (EMRS), Chandel, has invited applications for admission to Classes VI and VII for the academic session 2026-27 .

According to an admission notice issued by the school principal, application forms for the Written Selection Test can be obtained from the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Chandel, from July 21 to 24, between 11 am and 2 pm on working days.

Duly filled-in forms along with the required documents must be submitted at the same office by July 25 .

The admission is open to Scheduled Tribe students who are domiciles of Chandel district and are studying in Class V or VI during the 2025-26 academic session in any recognised school.

Applicants should be between 10 and 13 years of age for admission to Classes VI and VII as on April 1, 2026 .

Not more than two children from the same family will be admitted.

The total intake for each class is 60 students, comprising 30 boys and 30 girls.
