Moirang, May 25 2025: The first phase of a 10-day Yoga training class organised by the Vivekananda Kendra Manipur Vibhag concludes today at Moirang Okshongbung Leikai.

The yoga class was organised with the aim to cope with the stress and anxiety of the people affected by the ongoing turmoil in the State.

During the 10-days training class, Yoga instructor of Vivekananda Kendra, Ashok Atala imparted training to around 100 individuals of Okshongbung Leikai, Panshang Leikai including women and children of all ages.

The closing ceremony of the Yoga training class was attended by Thambal Marik College Oinam, Principal Professor Kh Mohon, Vivekananda Kendra Anandalaya Acharya, teachers M Asha and M Umabati as presidium members.
