Imphal will be CAU test centre: ABVP

Imphal, December 26 2024: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Manipur claimed that it has ensured the inclusion of an examination centre in Imphal for the upcoming Central Agricultural University (CAU) recruitment examinations scheduled for January 3 and 4, 2025 .

In a release, ABVP Manipur state office secretary L Rajesh informed that the exams for recruitment of candidates for the posts of lower division clerk (LDC), upper division clerk (UDC), and field-cum-lab-oratory assistant (FCLA), will now also be conducted at the Imphal centre, offering convenience to local candidates.

ABVP state secretary Gautam Philem expressed his gratitude to the CAU vice-chancellor for accepting ABVP's demand to add Imphal as a centre for the examination.

He highlighted that this decision reflects the administration's commitment to addressing the needs of students and ensuring greater accessibility.

ABVP also reaffirmed its commitment to standing by students and raising their voices on issues that affect their future.
