Kakching, July 12 2025: Eikhoigi Yaipha Lamjing Lup, Chingamathak, Imphal organised the 3 Oth Meritorious Award Celebration, 2025 in collaboration with Wabagai Higher Secondary School today.

The ceremony, which honours meritorious Class X and XII students from Wabagai and Hiyanglam AC, was held at the recreation hall of the school.

The event was attended by T Ojit, Chairman, COHSEM; Elangbam Ranjit, social worker; Elangbam Iboyaima, president, Eikhoigi Yaipha Lamjing Lup; Mayengbam Bhorot, Principal Wabagai Higher Secondary School and Mayengbam Jayentakumar, social worker among others.

During the event, Elangbam Panthoi, goalkeeper of India's women football team, was also feted and honoured.

32 different awards were distributed during the ceremony.
