Bishnupur, July 28 2024: MITSNA Foundation organised a Therapeutic Support Session in collaboration with Wakhal Hakshel at Moirang College Relief Camp today.

The session aimed to address the pressing mental health and well-being concerns of the community, said a press release issued by MITSNA Foundation.

As part of this initiative, a comprehensive survey was conducted among children to identify their specific needs.

The insights gained from this survey were reportedly instrumental in tailoring the support session to effectively address the mental health challenges faced by young people.

The session brought together a panel of esteemed experts, including Clinical Psychologists Julia Maisnam and Sanathoi Athokpam from Mind Care and Wakhal Hakshel, as well as medical professionals Dr Prabin Kharibam and Dr Sanwaka Gracefulda Hadem, Senior Residents at JNIMS.

Their medical expertise contributed significantly to the success of the event, said the MITSNA Foundation press release.
