Free heart screening camp conducted at Thanga

Bishnupur, July 12 2025: A one-day free heart screening camp under the sponsorship of Manipur Heart Foundation, Imphal was held today at Thanga Chingyang Community Hall from 9 am onwards.

According to a press release, the camp was organised by Sky Hospital in association with Heisnam Youth Development Organisation (HYDO) under the sponsorship of Manipur Heart Foundation, Imphal.

During the camp, 81 patients received free OPD consultations, free echo for 8 patients, ECGs for 24 patients and blood sugar tests were conducted for 12 patients.

Free medicines were also distributed to the needy patients.

The camp provided free heart disease detection facility not only to the people of Thanga but also, Moirang and surrounding areas right at their doorstep.
