'e-Seba Manipur' portal to handle all online Govt services from May 11

Imphal, May 06 2026:
The Department of Information Technology, Government of Manipur, has notified that the e-Seba Manipur Portal will be the only platform for availing key online services from May 11 .
In a notification, the department said citizens must file applications for Revenue and Employment Exchange services through "https://esebamanipur.mn.gov.in" from May 11 .
Revenue services shifting to the new portal include Domicile Certificate, Income Certificate, OBC Certificate, Permanent Resident Certificate, SC Certificate and ST Certificate.
Employment Exchange services include registration, renewal of registration, updation of qualification and experience, transfer of registration and application against vacancy.
The old portal, "https://eservicesmanipur.gov.in", will stop accepting new applications from May 11.However, applications already submitted on the old portal will be processed if certificate issuance is pending or incomplete.
The department said the transition to a unified digital platform aims to improve efficiency, transparency and ease of access under the Digital Governance initiative.
Citizens have been asked to log in and file applications through the new portal.
