Imphal, August 19:
To inculcate the spirit of scientific temper among the students, School Education Department of the State Government would be selecting 60 students to participate in a 2-week long summer school to be held at Bose Institute, Kolkata.
The camp is being sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
Apart from teaching subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Life Science, the participants would also be imparted knowledge on riverine and marine science during the summer school.
Students studying in class IX to XII in Government as well as private schools of the State would be selected for summer school camp, according to an official source.
