Imphal, July 09: Superintending Engineer of Electrical Circle No I of Electricity Department informed that instances have come to know that some of the Government employees are producing fake/duplicate/ 'incorrect no due certificates' at the time of passing their monthly salary bills.

The said certificates will be issued only after one week from the date of request/application to the concerned Sub-Divisional Office and Divisional Offices, said a press release.

'No Due Certificates' issued only by the the Sub-Divisional Officer and Divisional officers duly verified by the concerned Ledger Assistants and Section Officers would now be valid for the purpose, added the release.
