Relief materials provided to displaced people

Bishnupur/Thoubal, November 13 2023:
The Ram Lal Paul High School 1984 Matric Batch today distributed blankets and socks for village volunteers through the Phubala Protection Committee at Phubala in Bishnupur district today.
The distribution drive was conducted as a part of its ongoing 8th series of distribution of relief materials to village volunteers, said a statement.
Meanwhile, the Don Bosco High School Langjing 2007 Batch Relief Committee visited the Tera Khongsangbi relief camp at Moirang yesterday and provided aid to the displaced people staying at the camp.
The relief committee will extend best possible help for the welfare of the conflict survivors and for the State as a whole, said a statement by the committee.

Thoubal
SP Thoubal Sachidananda Soibam in association with Kha-Nongpok Apunba Lup distributed shawls to displaced women taking refuge at Rice Research Station Khangabok relief camp today.
The shawls were distributed with the objective of relieving the inconveniences faced by the conflict survivors during this winter.
Kha-Nongpok Apunba Lup convenor Kangabam Shanti Meitei; coordinator Yai and co-convenor Sandeep Thokchom were also present at the occasion.
In a collaborative effort, Wangkhem Youth Club and young ladies of Thoubal Wangkhem donated relief materials to Lamding Higher Secondary School relief camp today.
The relief materials provided mainly consisted of newly handwoven clothes by the residents of Wangkhem.
Stationery items for children and edibles were also provided today.
