Imphal, August 19: All Manipur Auto-Rickshaw Owners and Drivers' Association, Manipur Loumi Marup, Manipur Barbers Association, All India Youth Federation, All Manipur Petroleum Tankers Drivers Union, All Manipur Mutiya Workers' Union, BSNL Employees Union, Medical and Sales Representatives' Association of Manipur, All Manipur Bank Employees Union, All India Students' Federation, All Manipur Nupi Marup, All Manipur Road Transport Drivers' and Motor Workers' Union, All Manipur Cable Network Workers' and Employee Union Union, Manipur State Government Employees Federation stated in seperate press notes that the organisations would support the general strike called by Sponsoring Committee of Trade Unions Manipur starting 5 am of August 20 .
