Imphal, March 20 2009: Work charges of 37 MCS and junior MCS officers of the state government has been affected by orders of the state department of personnel and administrative reforms (personnel division) issued on Thursday even though there exist ban on the transfer and posting since the enforcement of the model code of conduct.

Whether, prior permission was obtained or not could not be confirmed as the orders regarding the matter do not mention whether it was done with the prior permission of the concern authority of the Election Commission of India.As per the orders the work charge of AS (DP/HE) from Th Chittaranjan has been taken out and he will look after the charge of additional secretary (DP/HE) only, A Tombikanta has been relief the charge of OSD (LRC) leaving on the charge of additional secretary (Rev), RH Gonmei ADC Tamenlgong has been transfer as director manpower.

Maranchan Luikham, secretary (SEC) and director planning has been transferred and posted as director planning and stationary.

Director SLUB, JS and MAHUD M Joy has been transferred as assistant secretary with additional charge of director MAHUD.

The same order also affected to the transfer of protocol officer and joint secretary (home) M Yaiskul has been transferred as additional secretary, the work charge of CEO (ZP) Imphal west from MA Sukur has been taken out retaining only the charge of ADC (development) Imphal west, the additional charge of ADC, Pherzawl has been relief from H Rupachandra retaining only the charge of ADC (development), Churachandpur.
